Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong manufacturing industry experience to lead HR operations and support a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee relations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage workforce planning, attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
• Partner with management on employee engagement and organizational development.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/HND in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years’ HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and Nigerian employment practices.
• Experience managing blue-collar and factory-based workforce is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
