Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer at Federal College of Education (Tech) Gombe, located in Abuja. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing course materials, assessing student performance, and conducting research in their area of specialization. Additional duties include mentoring students, participating in curriculum development, and contributing to the academic development of the college. The role requires collaboration with colleagues and active participation in departmental activities.

Qualifications
• Expertise in subject-specific content and a strong foundation in curriculum development
• Excellent teaching and communication skills to engage diverse learners
• Proficiency in academic research, writing, and publication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and the academic community
• Minimum of a Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in the relevant field
• Experience in higher education or teaching is strongly preferred
• Commitment to professional development and upholding academic integrity
