Job Description
Innovasol is seeking a highly experienced Head of Marketing to lead an intensive strategic and operational transformation of marketing across Innovasol and its portfolio of brands.
This is a director-level leadership position responsible for the overall structure, performance, positioning, systems, people, commercial direction, and effectiveness of the marketing function.
Innovasol operates a growing portfolio of businesses across travel, lifestyle, digital/media, marketing services, energy, and impact-focused ventures. These businesses are at different stages of development and require stronger strategic alignment, clearer positioning, stronger commercial offers, better marketing infrastructure, improved digital experiences, higher creative standards, and greater accountability.
The Head of Marketing will be expected to take a complete view of the organization and determine what needs to change across brand strategy, organizational structure, team performance, marketing operations, websites, social media, content, creative production, lead generation, customer acquisition, CRM, automation, analytics, and revenue growth.
This is not a maintenance role and it is not a purely advisory position.
The successful candidate must be a builder, strategist, operator, and senior leader who can quickly understand a complex multi-brand organization, identify what is working and what is not, and then put the required people, processes, systems, strategies, and performance standards in place.
The expectation is to assess quickly, make decisions, implement changes, strengthen the brands, build the missing infrastructure, improve the team, and leave Innovasol with a substantially stronger marketing operation than the one inherited on Day 1.

Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lagos
