Role Descrng>iption The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surulere Lagos. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The person in this position designs and implements HR policies, drives engagement initiatives, and supports leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

Daily activities include managing recruitment processes, advising managers on people-related matters, handling complex employee issues, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.

Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with ODG Solutions’ strategic goals.
Qualifications

• Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in HR policy development, HR process optimization, and compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
• Skills in leadership, people management, conflict resolution, and coaching to support and guide diverse teams.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership on organizational development, change management, and workforce planning.
• Experience using HRIS tools, data analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and track HR metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record in designing and executing employee engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including prior leadership or managerial responsibility.
