Customer Service & Sales Assistant

Requirements

• 1–3 years' experience in digital sales or customer service and experience using WhatsApp and Instagram for sales is an advantage.

• Strong communication, sales, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

• Must have the willingness to work occasional evenings and at least one weekend per month.

• Must be able to handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, phone, and website.

• Convert enquiries into paid-on-delivery orders and meet sales targets.

• Must be able to handle order tracking, delivery coordination, and post-sale enquiries.
