Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, maintaining attractive merchandise displays, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked. The role involves assisting customers with their purchases, processing transactions when required, and contributing to the achievement of the supermarket's sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide accurate information about product features, prices, and promotions
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neatly arranged, and properly labeled.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or damaged products to the supervisor.
• Replenish merchandise and rotate stock following the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sales areas.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
• Assist in receiving deliveries, checking stock, and organizing products in the storeroom.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in stock counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
• Minimum of SSCE

Pay: ₦70,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
