About Job:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Officer to join our team at the Warri Terminal. The Dispatch Officer will oversee the dispatch of loaded trucks, ensure that all required checks are completed before trucks leave the terminal, and issue loading tickets and other necessary documents. The role will also involve keeping accurate dispatch records and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure trucks are dispatched safely and on schedule.
Job Description
• Oversee the dispatch of all loaded trucks, ensuring schedules are met and all loaded trucks are dispatched and deliver in a timely manner, meeting customer’s expected delivery time.
• Issue loading Ticket to trucks due for loading and waybills, and other dispatch documents accurately to loaded trucks.
• Prepare daily truck-out and dispatch reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate stock records, reconcile daily product movements, and align with ERP or depot systems and stock officers.
• Ensure all dispatch activities follow operational controls, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Provide support in the planning and execution of operations as it affects product loading and on time dispatches to retail outlets
• Liaise with 3rd party Throughput Customers to ensure their customer Waybills are issues and reconciled daily
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bsc/HND degree
• Team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Computer literate

Description:
• Monitor and record daily stock levels of lubricants in warehouse.
• Responsible for receiving and verify product deliveries against waybills, loading documents and purchase orders, ensuring quantities and quality meet specification before acceptance
• Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements including transfers, returns and adjustments.
• Responsible for collecting, counting, recording, and banking and safe keeping of all daily cash sales of the station.
• Preparation of daily/monthly POS reconciliation report to ensure accuracy of receipt of funds.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly and monthly stock reports to the finance team.
• Responsible for identifying and promptly report stock discrepancies, variances, losses or suspected theft to the Station Manager.
• Any other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
