Role Description The Head, Enterprise Applications and Support will lead the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of all enterprise applications used across Fast Credit Limited. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing application lifecycle management, ensuring system stability and performance, and coordinating upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to support lending and investment operations. The role manages application support teams, defines service standards, and ensures timely resolution of incidents and service requests. The Head will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT leadership to align technology solutions with organizational goals, strengthen data integrity and security, and drive continuous improvement in user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in managing enterprise applications, application support teams, and vendor relationships within financial services or related sectors.

• Hands-on expertise in enterprise application architecture, implementation, integration, and maintenance, preferably in lending, core banking, or financial technology platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to design and enforce IT service management processes (e.g., incident, problem, change management) and ensure high system availability and performance.

• Solid understanding of information security, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to Nigerian financial institutions.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Proven track record of driving process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across an organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, COBIT) are an advantage.

• Ability to work on-site in Lagos State, Nigeria, and provide strategic and hands-on support in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
