As we continue to expand our footprint across key industries, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the delivery of our people strategy by driving effective recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and employee induction.
• Coordinate and maintain employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Administer employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and offboarding processes.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Manage leave administration, attendance records, and employee lifecycle documentation.
• Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring employee data, leave records, and payroll inputs are accurate and submitted on time.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including training needs identification, scheduling, logistics, and record keeping.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programmes, and internal communication activities.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
• Assist in resolving employee relations matters professionally and confidentially while escalating issues where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics to support management decision-making.
• Support HR audits, ISO compliance activities, and other organizational initiatives.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Good understanding of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting payroll administration and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong report writing, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using HRIS systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
