REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – SOUTH SOUTH (DIAGNOSTICS)

Inexfair Consulting is recruiting an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activities and drive revenue growth across the South South region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies and targets.
Lead and manage Area Sales Managers and sales teams across the region.
Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and new business development.
Develop strategic relationships with hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centres, distributors, and key accounts.
Monitor regional sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and competitor activities.
Coach sales teams and ensure effective execution of commercial plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a minimum Second Class Upper (2:1).
MBA is mandatory.
Minimum 7 years' progressive sales experience, including sales leadership experience.
Medical diagnostics experience is mandatory.
Proven experience managing teams, territories, and significant sales targets.
Strong leadership, commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
