Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose revenue, conversion, efficiency, and profitability gaps across our ventures, one deep dive per week, on rotation.

• Research and validate practical solutions using primary sources and approved data no guessing, no inflated claims.

• Turn findings into clear, structured recommendations: what to build, why, the effort involved, and the expected impact.

• Prepare campaign, funnel, automation, and creative briefs, then build the approved creative assets yourself (or coordinate their creation).

• Create content video and graphics as needed.

• Quality-check your own and others' work brand accuracy, copy, links, mobile display, and conversion flow before anything goes near "live."

• Report your findings and results on a clear weekly and daily rhythm, and escalate blockers early rather than waiting for the next check-in.

Requirements:

• Experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, or a similarly analytical and creative hybrid role.

• Real hands-on creative production skills, Canva, CapCut, HeyGen, or equivalent tools for campaign graphics and short-form vertical video.

• Strong written communication, you can turn messy research into a clean, specific recommendation, not a vague summary.

• Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel experience a strong plus).

• Comfortable working within clear approval boundaries and escalation protocols; this role researches, recommends, and builds; it does not unilaterally publish, spend, or change live systems.

• Self-directed and reliable, able to work a structured West Africa schedule including a mandatory daily team meeting.

• High integrity and discretion; this role touches internal business data across multiple companies.

• Nice to have: a videography/photography or content-creation background; prior experience in real estate, financial education, or coaching-industry marketing.

Benefits:

• Remuneration: NGN 150,000-250,000 monthly, paid twice monthly, plus a performance-based Growth Impact Bonus tied to verified business impact, assessed from Day 60.

• Cross-functional exposure across a diversified group of real, operating businesses - not a single-brand, single-skill role.

• A genuine growth path inside a fast-scaling, multi-brand organization.
