SALARY: ₦650,000 Gross Monthly
ABOUT THE ROLE
Xymbolic Development Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple major construction projects from mobilisation through completion and handover.
The ideal candidate is a strong project delivery professional with proven experience managing complex construction projects, contractors, multidisciplinary teams, programmes, budgets, quality and HSE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and coordinate multiple major construction projects from start to completion.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, milestones and delivery plans.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, resources and HSE compliance.
• Identify project risks, delays and technical challenges and drive timely solutions.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved designs, specifications and standards.
• Conduct project/site reviews and provide clear progress reports to management.
• Coordinate project completion, snagging, commissioning and handover.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years post-graduation experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing multiple major construction projects.
• Proven experience managing projects from mobilisation to completion and handover.
• Strong experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, project management, quality, HSE and risk management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
COREN, ARCON, PMP, PRINCE2 or other relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want a project leader who can take ownership, hold contractors accountable, solve problems quickly and keep complex projects moving.
Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
