Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the investor and capital acquisition pipeline.
• Lead investor outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Manage opportunities through due diligence, term sheets, and closing.
• Support financial models, business cases, investment proposals, and pitch decks.
• Analyse project financials, funding requirements, returns, and investment structures.
• Conduct market research to identify funding and investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate investor records and provide regular pipeline reports.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin/Chinese (capable of reading/writing reports & bilingual translation);

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Law, Investment Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in investment, due diligence, legal, or business development assistant;
• Familiar with Nigerian local market norms, administrative procedures, and document processing;
• Strong communication and coordination skills to assist Chinese management in local external relations;
• Work experience in Chinese enterprises or educational background in China.
• Experience in government agency liaison or document clearance.
