Responsibilities
Handle deposit mobilization, and credit facilitation processes.
Develop new business opportunities and manage SME accounts.
Review loan applications from SME clients for accuracy and completeness.
Oversee loan documentation to ensure accuracy.
Ensure full recovery of disbursed funds and maintain a low PAR.
Generate revenue through new accounts and key account management.
Requirements
HND/ BSc degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales with 3 years in the financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial products.
Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Benefits
NGN 150,000 - 250,000
