Compensation- 150-300K + commission (depending on experience)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-performing sales executive who knows how to turn market opportunities into revenue.
We are looking for a commercially minded salesperson who can prospect, build relationships,
identify customer needs, present the right coating solution, negotiate, close deals, and develop repeat business.
You will be responsible for driving sales of our paint and coating products, developing new accounts, managing existing cutomers, and expanding our presence within targeted markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales of paint and coating products to new and existing customers.
Prospect, generate and convert qualified leads into cudtomers.
Build and maintain relationship with dealers, distributor, contractors, developers, and other key industry stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, product presentation, quotation, negotiation,closing, and follow-up.
Identify new markets, territories, and business opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly and quaterly sales targets.
Monitor martket trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit regular sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.
Drive repeat business through effective customer relationship management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, chemistry or related field is preferred.
2-5 years of proven sales/business development experience, preferably in paints,coatings, building materials, construction, chemicals, or a related industry.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong B2B, filed sales, lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Commercially minded, proactive, target-driven and comfortable working independently.
