Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing, digital growth, and commercial development plans for ADC and DiasporaHub.
• Grow qualified leads and DiasporaHub users through campaigns, community engagement, referrals, and market partnerships
• Improve conversion, activation, and retention.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and service provider opportunities
• Manage prospects from first contact to approved onboarding and commercial launch.
• Build ADC’s brand and market presence across Nigeria, wider Africa, and relevant international diaspora markets.
• Manage the sales and partnership pipeline, CRM records, campaign budgets, and performance reporting; adjust activity based on measurable results.
• Work with regional representatives and diaspora ambassadors to develop market-specific campaigns and business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, economics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, growth, partnerships, or commercial development, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Evidence of acquiring customers, converting leads, securing partnerships, or generating revenue; strong digital marketing and commercial proposal skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, analytical, and CRM skills; able to lead execution in a growing organisation.
• Strong existing networks or experience engaging African diaspora communities in the UK,
• US or Canada is highly desirable.
• Nigeria-based candidates with relevant international or diaspora market experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with digital platforms, marketplaces, healthtech, or service businesses is an advantage.

Key Performance Expectations:

• You will be assessed on revenue and pipeline growth; qualified leads and conversion;
• DiasporaHub user acquisition, activation and retention; strategic partner acquisition; entry into
• priority markets; and brand and digital campaign performance. Specific targets will be agreed with management.
