Workplace Leadership Institute Canada (WLI) is seeking Growth Marketing Specialist at the Mid-Level and Senior levels to drive growth in the Nigerian corporate market. The role focuses on lead generation, prospect engagement, client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities within the Nigerian corporate market.

• Research and identify target organizations, key decision-makers, and potential clients.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue.

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, networking, referrals, events, and other relevant channels.

• Initiate conversations with potential clients and clearly communicate WLI’s training and leadership development solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture them through the sales process.

• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline from lead generation through conversion.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials when required.

• Track sales activities, lead conversion, client acquisition, and other relevant performance metrics.

• Work closely with the team to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.

• Identify new opportunities through partnerships, referrals, networking, and other channels.

Requirements:

• 4 years minimum experience in sales and marketing.

• Commercially minded and focused on achieving measurable sales results.

• Experienced in B2B sales, marketing, lead generation, or business development.

• Confident communicating with business leaders, HR professionals, and key decision-makers.

• Strong in prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, communication, and relationship building.

• Proactive and comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects.

• Able to manage a sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities.

• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward targets.

• Able to use data and market insights to identify and pursue new opportunities.
