About the role
Pinnacle Oil and Gas Ltd is seeking qualified candidates to fill various positions across its downstream terminal and service station operations in Nigeria. The available roles include Dispatch Officer, Cash & Stock Officer, Cash Officer, and Cashier, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the energy sector. These positions are distributed across several locations in Nigeria including Warri, Agbani, Makurdi, and Ikota.
Responsibilities
• Supervise the dispatch of loaded trucks, manage schedules, and issue necessary transport documentation.
• Monitor, record, and verify stock and lubricant levels against delivery documents.
• Collect, count, record, and safely deposit daily cash sales from service stations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and financial reports for management teams.
• Handle petty cash disbursements, manage reimbursement requests, and address POS chargeback queries.
• Supervise forecourt fuel attendants regarding cash collections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• A Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting is required for Cash Officer and Cashier positions.
• Minimum of two to three years of relevant professional experience for the Cash and Stock Officer, Cash Officer, and Cashier roles.
• Professional accounting certifications such as ACA or ACCA will be considered an added advantage for finance roles.
• Strong numerical accuracy, exceptional attention to detail, and robust computer literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
