Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

Lead Generation:
• Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s target criteria.

Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track communication and pipeline stages.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
• Present products or services to prospective clients.
• Customize pitches based on the client’s needs and industry.

Negotiation & Closing Deals
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
• Prepare contracts and follow up to ensure successful onboarding.

Achieving Sales Targets
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Report on sales performance and forecasts to management.

Post-Sales Support
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or upselling.
• Coordinate with customer service for issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct competitor and customer research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze data to understand customer behavior and campaign performance.

Marketing Strategy Development
• Create marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Define target audiences, key messaging, and campaign goals.

Content Creation & Campaigns
• Develop content for email marketing, social media, blogs, websites, and advertisements.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, or events).

Digital Marketing Management
• Manage SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
• Run social media advertising, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.

Brand Management
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
• Enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market.

Performance Tracking
• Monitor KPIs such as ROI, engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
