Africana is seeking confident and result-oriented
Sales and Customer Experience Representatives
to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients both in-store and online, you will contribute directly to sales growth by building relationships, offering product guidance and ensuring clients a seamless experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Welcome and attend to clients across all touchpoints, in-store, calls and online.
• Drive sales by understanding client needs and offering suitable products or services.
• Manage inquiries, orders, returns and after-sales follow-ups with professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and contribute to CRM data and order accuracy.
• Collaborate with the tailoring, logistics and digital teams to ensure smooth client deliveries.
• Uphold Brand’s service standards and contribute to an elegant, organized store environment.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or customer service (fashion or retail).
• Confidence in client interaction and product presentation.
• A professional, polished appearance and a genuine passion for sales and customer service.
WHAT WE OFFER:
• Competitive starting salary of ₦250,000 per month.
• Work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with one approved day off each week (5-day work week). Sundays off for all staff.
