About the Role: We are seeking a highly committed, experienced and passionate Real Estate marketing Executive to drive our growth in the Abuja market. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Present property features and benefits effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales targets.
Requirements
• Proven experience in the real estate sector.
• Deep passion for real estate and wealth creation through property investment.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented. Compensation:
Basic Salary: 100,000 Naira per month.
• Personal Commission: 10% on sales of properties.
• Team Bonus: 2% on team sales.
Working Hours: * 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
