What You'll Do



• Partner with leadership to align HR with business goals and drive workforce planning

• Lead recruitment, onboarding & continuous learning to build a future-ready team

• Champion employee engagement, conflict resolution & performance management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety & employee wellness

• Design competitive compensation & benefits to attract and retain top talent

• Guide performance appraisals & improvement plans to develop high-performing teams



What We’re Looking For



• Bachelor’s in HR Management, Business Admin, Communications, or related

• 5+ years’ proven HR management experience

• Knowledge of statutory payments, labor laws & union relations

• Leadership skills that inspire and drive results

• Professional certifications is a plus.
