About the Role
Our client seeks a driven and entrepreneurial Investment Banker to join their dynamic team in Ado-Ekiti . This role is integral to advising clients on complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financial advisory services. You will play a key part in deal origination, execution, and client relationship management, operating at the forefront of the banking and finance industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in high-stakes financial negotiations within the Ado-Ekiti region and beyond.
Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Lead and manage deal execution processes, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction structuring. Prepare pitch books, offering memorandums, and other client-facing materials. Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to support transaction strategies. Collaborate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors to ensure successful transaction closings. Mentor junior bankers and contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the investment banking division. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity. Demonstrated experience in deal origination and execution across various M&A and capital markets transactions. Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
