Job Title: Human Resources Lead
Location: Ekiti

About The Role
• The HR Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing HR strategies, policies, and processes to support the organization’s goals.
• This individual will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, culture development, and compliance with employment laws.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, people-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management:
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop talent pipelines and manage job postings and candidate assessments.
• Support succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Resolve workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Lead employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management
• Implement performance management frameworks (KPIs, appraisals, coaching).
• Work with department heads to track and enhance employee performance.
• Support training and development initiatives.
HR Policy & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company regulations.
• Update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
• Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
• Participate in salary reviews and compensation structuring.
Reporting & HR Operations
• Prepare periodic HR reports for management decision-making.
• Monitor HR metrics (turnover, attendance, performance trends).
• Maintain HR software or tools used for personnel management.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years proven experience in HR roles (HR Generalist or HR Lead preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an added advantage.
