Talent Consult Limited on behalf of her client in the FMCG industry currently seeks proactive, persuasive and result driven sales and marketing representatives to drive product sales, generate new leads and expand the customer base across Ibadan.
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦70,000/month + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential customers, retailers and distributors.
• Promote and sell company products through field marketing, market visits, social media and other appropriate channels.
• Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects and convert them into customers.
• Visit markets, shops and other sales outlets to identify new business opportunities.
• Take customer orders and follow up on deliveries where necessary.
• Achieve set monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends and customer preferences.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
• Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling, negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Customer-focused, hardworking and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel within Ibadan for sales and marketing activities.
• Previous FMCG sales/marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Ibadan market is an added advantage.
