Indian Senior Accountant / Finance Manager
Location: Nigeria
This is the most important position among the three, and we need a highly professional and experienced candidate.
Requirements:
• Must be an Indian national currently based in Nigeria.
• Must have substantial professional accounting experience in Nigeria.
• Must have strong knowledge of the Nigerian tax system, including tax compliance, filings and statutory requirements.
• Must understand Nigerian accounting practices and financial regulations.
• Must be highly experienced in company financial management and reporting.
• Must prepare accurate and professional monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Must be capable of improving and developing our company's financial systems and financial controls.
• Should have strong knowledge of budgeting, cash-flow management, cost control, profitability analysis, inventory accounting and financial planning.
• Must be able to work closely with management and provide clear financial information for business decision-making.
• Must be able to identify financial weaknesses and recommend practical improvements to increase financial control and
profitability.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software is required.
• Must be highly professional, organized, analytical and trustworthy.
• We need someone who can take responsibility for the company's finance function, rather than simply performing basic bookkeeping.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Candidate must have his own accommodation in Nigeria.
