Job Description
A leading Oil & Gas company is seeking an experienced
Project Engineer
to support the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of engineering and energy projects.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in
Project Management, EPC project execution, and gas/gas generator projects
, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Track project progress and identify potential delays or execution issues.
• Ensure project activities comply with approved specifications, quality requirements, and HSE standards.
• Review and coordinate technical documentation and project deliverables.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to project management.
• Support site activities, inspections, commissioning, and project close-out where required.
• Assist with project cost, resource, and schedule monitoring.
• Maintain effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a
Project Engineer within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector
.
• Strong
Project Management experience is mandatory
.
• Experience with
EPC projects and project execution
.
• Practical experience with
gas, gas infrastructure, or gas generator projects
.
• Strong project coordination and construction experience.
• Good understanding of engineering project schedules, deliverables, and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines, resources, priorities, and deliverables.
• Good understanding of
HSE, quality, and project compliance requirements
.
