Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Oversee performance appraisal, training needs assessment, and staff development programs.
• Manage employee relations, welfare, grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with labour laws.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and labour legislation.
• Manage payroll administration, compensation and benefits structure.
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes high performance, discipline, and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide HR reports to management.
salary: 250,000-300,000
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of http://B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. MBA or relevant Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Professional certification: CIPM is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5-7 years proven experience as HR Manager, with at least 3 years in retail, hospitality, mall, or service industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
