About the Company
We are a fast-growing technology and professional services company developing and deploying Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), accounting, tax, financial management, governance, and other digital solutions for organisations across the private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, including IFRS and IPSAS where relevant.
• Support tax computations, tax filings, reconciliations, compliance, and advisory engagements.
• Provide technical input on Nigerian tax processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Support finance and tax consulting engagements for clients across different industries.
• Analyse business and financial processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Work with product, software development, and consulting teams to translate accounting and tax requirements into functional system requirements.
• Participate in the design, testing, implementation, and review of ERP, accounting, and tax technology solutions.
• Review financial and tax workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Assist with client onboarding, requirements gathering, solution implementation, training, and ongoing support.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide practical business and financial insights to management and clients.
• Stay up to date with changes in Nigerian accounting, tax, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
• Support internal controls, audit processes, reconciliations, budgeting, and other finance-related activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and client engagements.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, audit, taxation, finance consulting, or a related field.
• Active ICAN membership is required.
• Strong experience in financial statement preparation and financial reporting.
• Practical experience with tax processes, tax compliance, and tax advisory.
• Good understanding of IFRS; knowledge of IPSAS is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian accounting and taxation practices.
• Experience in audit, finance consulting, or professional services is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyse financial and business processes and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP, accounting software, financial technology, or tax technology is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical, consulting, finance, and client-facing teams.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to understand and respond to client business needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and professional judgement.
