WE’RE HIRING — REMOTE SALES CLOSER
Aboki Digital Hub Ltd is looking for a motivated Sales Closer to join our growing e-commerce team.
If you’re confident communicating with customers, good at handling objections, and know how to turn interested prospects into confirmed orders, we’d love to hear from you.
ROLE: Sales Closer
LOCATION: Remote
EMPLOYMENT: Full-time
COMPENSATION
• ₦40k - 100k monthly base salary
• ₦1000 commission for every successfully delivered order
• No commission limit - the more you close and successfully deliver, the more you earn.
For example:
100 delivered orders in a month = ₦140,000
200 delivered orders in a month = ₦240,000
300 delivered orders in a month = ₦340,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to incoming customer enquiries
• Follow up with interested customers
• Convert leads into confirmed orders
• Handle customer objections and questions
• Confirm customer details accurately
• Follow up on pending orders when necessary
• Maintain a high order confirmation and delivery success rate
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Previous sales/customer service experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Fast response time and good attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and smartphone
• Must be comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp/calls
• Must be target driven and comfortable working in a performance based environment
