Job Description
A leading organisation within the Food and Beverage Manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and execute its people strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management (IRPM), Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI is advantageous
• 5-8 years' experience as an HR Director within FMCG and/or Food and Beverage Manufacturing
• Proven experience operating in an international or multinational environment
• Proven experience partnering with executive leadership teams
• Strong background in organisational development, talent management, employee relations, and change management
• Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria
