Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and closing of various projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as a key liaison between project managers, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring that all project-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report on status to project managers.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are informed and prepared.
• Facilitate communication between different departments involved in the project.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Trello.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
