Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Onikan, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
• The Site Manager will oversee and coordinate building construction project on the site.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Other Responsibilities Include
• Oversee and coordinate building construction projects on site.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and manage site personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Monitor and provide weekly report on project progress, costs, and quality, including tracking progress against project schedules and budgets.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members, including architects, engineers, and project managers on execution plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, including coordinating and managing site inspections and audits.
• Ensure site safety and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project delivery.
• Other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction project.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering building construction projects.
• Excellent project management, leadership, interperonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in site building construction and managing construction site.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to architecture and construction.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to construction sites and project locations as needed.
