Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and internal ledgers.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate financial data.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation for audits.
• Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in line with company procedures.
• Liaise with banks and vendors to resolve payment or reconciliation issues.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate data.
• Ensure timely posting of entries into accounting systems.
• Assist in implementing internal controls and improving financial processes.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking andFinance, or related field.Professional Membership of ICAN will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
